Elgato Stream Deck + XL Giveaway

1No purchase or donation necessary

NO PURCHASE, DONATION OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.

2Sponsor

The Season of Giving Elgato Stream Deck + XL Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Games For Love, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 83-2034928) ("Sponsor"). Questions: info@gamesforlove.org. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Elgato, Corsair, Twitch, YouTube, Discord or any other platform.

3Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States or Australia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live, if older) when they enter. Employees, contractors and volunteers who run the Giveaway for Sponsor, and their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

4Entry period

The Giveaway starts when this page is published and ends on December 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Pacific Time. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.

5How to enter

• Free entry: complete the free entry form on this page. Earns 1 entry.
• Season of Giving signup: sign up to stream at gfl.gg/sog. Earns 1 entry.
• One base entry per person. The free entry and the signup are the same entry, not two. Extra copies are removed.
• Bonus entries: earn 1 more entry for each friend you add to your Season of Giving team who is new to Games For Love and completes a charity stream for Games For Love during the entry period, as confirmed by Sponsor. The amount any stream raises does not matter, and no one has to donate.

Entries made by scripts, bots, fake identities or more than one email per person are void. Sponsor's records are final.

6The prize

One (1) Elgato Stream Deck + XL. Approximate retail value: US $349.99 (or the equivalent in Australian dollars). No cash or substitute, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. Ships to an address in the United States or Australia.

7The drawing

One winner is chosen in a random drawing on January 2, 2027 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time, shown live. The link to watch is posted at gfl.gg/sog and in the Games For Love creator Discord before the draw. The draw is made once by computer using a cryptographically secure random number, with each person's chance equal to their number of entries divided by all entries. The odds of winning depend on how many entries are received.

8If you win

We email the winner within 48 hours of the drawing. The winner must reply within 7 days and may be asked to confirm eligibility and a shipping address. If the winner cannot be reached, is not eligible, or does not reply in time, Sponsor may draw an alternate winner from the remaining entries. Any taxes are the winner's responsibility.

9Your information

Sponsor uses the information you give only to run the Giveaway and Season of Giving and to contact you about it. The entrant board shows handles, or a first name and last initial, never emails. With the winner's permission, Sponsor may share the winner's handle and a thank-you on its channels.

10The fine print

By entering, you agree to these rules and Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries, or for technical problems. Sponsor may cancel, pause or change the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or anything else outside its control affects its fairness, and in that case may draw from eligible entries received before the problem. By accepting the prize, the winner releases Sponsor and the platforms named above from claims related to the Giveaway and the prize, except where the law does not allow it. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. For entrants in Australia, nothing in these rules limits any rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

11Winner's name
